How Italian Admission Law Works
1. The Critical "Module Pass" Mandate
Unlike many standardized English tests that average composite scores, the Italian Certificazione Lingua Italiana di Qualità (CLIQ) framework imposes binary module dependency. For **CILS**, failing one of the 5 skills voids the whole pass, irrespective of overall percentile. For **CELI**, failing either the written block or oral block invalidates issuance.
2. Free-Tuition Tiering (ISEE/B2)
Practically all publicly funded universities in Italy require a solid **B2 certificate** for entry. While your chosen degree allows for self-sustained registration, you must present a clean, certified diploma during your pre-enrollment phase to activate state regional scholarship allocations.
