Your programme should decide the shortlist before cost or lifestyle does, since not every specialisation runs at every campus. Once a shortlist of universities offering that programme exists, weigh the city around them: rent, transport, safety, and how much of a student community exists outside class. Nairobi: the biggest choice, the highest cost
