Universite de Datcha is the newest addition, created in 2023, and is still building out its full range of faculties.

Private universities and institutes in Togo, including business and administration schools such as Ecole Superieure des Affaires and the Institut africain d'administration et d'etudes commerciales, run their own admission process. You apply straight to the institution rather than through national orientation. This gives you more control over timing and program choice, though it comes with private tuition instead of the subsidized public rate.

Before you enroll anywhere private, confirm the program carries state authorization and CAMES accreditation. A degree from an unaccredited program causes problems later when you look for a job or want to continue study elsewhere in the region.
