PhD in Artificial Intelligence

Artificial intelligence has evolved rapidly, with generative models, machine learning, computer vision and natural language processing now present across scientific, business and social settings. This Doctorate in Artificial Intelligence lets graduates reach the highest academic level, culminating in the public reading and defence of a doctoral thesis, and prepares them to address current challenges in the field through original research. The programme runs for three years, structured as eighteen months of online coursework followed by a further eighteen months dedicated to a research project and thesis writing under the guidance of a supervisor. Delivered entirely online with a self-paced schedule, it concludes with an online doctoral thesis defence, giving professionals a flexible route to the highest level of academic qualification in artificial intelligence.
