This one-year Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence (ICT9010), delivered by Bahrain Polytechnic's School of ICT, sits at the institution's Level 9 tier and totals 180 credits, built from the main course schedule plus a further 30 credits of elective study and completion of Bahrain Polytechnic's general qualification requirements.
The college treats the AI field as fast-moving by design, so the degree is kept current through ongoing upskilling of its own academic staff, the regular introduction of new optional courses, and direct input from industry and government stakeholders on the skills graduates will need. Rather than teaching AI as a fixed body of knowledge, the programme aims to produce graduates equipped for a labour market whose AI-related skill requirements keep shifting. The intake targets international students, working professionals and applicants linked to specific target industry groups who want postgraduate specialisation in artificial intelligence.
