Program details

Overview

The Master in Public Law is a core route of French legal training, alongside private law and legal history. In its second year it has three tracks, including general public law, which is theoretical and prepares for doctoral work and civil service competitions, and public contracts and public procurement, which is practice-oriented and involves many practitioners and aims at lawyers or in-house public-sector lawyers. The programme lasts two years and totals 120 ECTS credits. The first year combines fundamental units, language units, advanced units, an open unit and an optional professional insertion unit. The second year brings fundamental units, public contract practice, specialist units, languages and an implementation unit worth 30 ECTS in semester 4.
