Master in Educational Management and Leadership

Aimed at those who want a management position within an academic institution, or who simply have a strong interest in management and leadership more broadly, the programme covers the models and theories behind organisational behaviour and how they affect organisations. Students research issues in human-capital development and management, examining how these affect educational, societal and economic outcomes, while the programme keeps students current with developments in education research tied to management and leadership, and teaches them to conduct research and write academically.
