Overview

This multidisciplinary postgraduate degree is designed to develop safe and effective medications by drawing on fields such as formulation science, pharmaceutics, pharmacokinetics, microbiology, pharmacology, physiology, medicinal chemistry and chemistry. It is open to candidates holding a pharmaceutical or science qualification. Graduates come away with advanced capabilities spanning the planning of research, experimental design, and scientific analysis. Candidates can take part in research projects funded both internally and externally, with paid research assistant positions also available.
