BA/BS in Acting

This four-year full-time bachelor trains students to become actors or actor-theatre makers. Lessons are taught by actors and directors from the professional field, and the course blends playful making with classic craftsmanship. Students perform and create plays in the HKU Academy Theatre. Individual coaching supports each student in developing a personal style, and collaborations with other courses and theatre companies are part of the programme. The award is a Bachelor of Arts. Applicants should be passionate about theatre and comfortable working with their bodies and voices. The programme is taught in Dutch.
