Overview

The four-year Audiology bachelor's programme trains audiologists to address hearing problems using evidence-based practice in health and rehabilitation. The programme runs for eight academic semesters, each about 14 to 16 weeks, and courses have no prerequisites. Teaching combines lectures with projects, field work, hospital visits, research and presentations. Graduates receive a bachelor's degree and the title Odyolog. Turkish citizens are admitted through YKS and central placement, while foreign applicants follow the university's own international application process.

Admission Requirements: Central placement through the national YKS exam run by ÖSYM, score type SAY. 90 places. Lowest placement score 332 (success rank 227,807). Foreign applicants are admitted under the university's international application and placement rules.

Application Details

Application Process: Turkish applicants list the programme among their choices (tercih) in ÖSYM's central placement after the YKS results each July; international applicants apply directly to the university's international student office under the YÖS quota, usually between May and August.
