BA/BS in Business/Commerce, General

The Bachelor of Arts in Management prepares students to guide organizations in business, nonprofit, and ministry settings or to launch their own small ventures. It emphasizes effective communication, problem identification, and creative solutions delivered with a people-first approach. Students study management across operations, human resources, and nonprofit contexts, learning from faculty with practical experience. Courses address business planning, strategy, corporate social responsibility, small business management, and economics. Every business student completes an internship in their discipline and builds a career strategy for entering the workforce. The degree is accredited by ACBSP and weaves faith, ethics, and integrity into the curriculum. Graduates become supervisors, project or operations managers, human resources managers, nonprofit leaders, or small business owners. Small classes give students regular access to professors who care about how their students progress.
