The Business program at San Jacinto College offers an Associate of Arts degree built for transfer. Students use it to lay a foundation in business before moving to a bachelor's program in areas such as finance, management, entrepreneurship or marketing. The same page lists an Associate of Applied Science option with business management and accounting paths, but that degree is not designed for transfer. Students choosing the transfer route should pick the Associate of Arts. Full-time students complete the Associate of Arts in four terms. The degree is also offered online, which gives working students more flexibility in scheduling. The program page links to the catalog and course list and to the college's application.
