MA/MS in Architecture

The architecture offering at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee is presented as a place where students question the built environment while staying committed to how buildings are put together and to the cultures around them. The page describes experimentation and research that push against conventional professional habits. Students are encouraged to take up alternative approaches to city life and to speculate about heat-driven form, cultural geography, making prototypes and newly imagined ecological landscapes. Several degree paths are linked from the page, spanning a professional bachelor's, a professional master's, a research-oriented master's of science and a doctorate, so prospective applicants can follow the link that matches their stage of study.
