Established in 2003, the Presbyterian University, Ghana is a non-profit private higher education institution located in the suburban setting of the medium town of Abetifi (population range of 2,500-9,999 inhabitants), Eastern Region.
This institution also has branch campuses in Asante Akyem, Akuapem and Tema. Officially recognized by the National Accreditation Board, Ghana, Presbyterian University, Ghana (PUG) is a small-sized coeducational Ghanaian higher education institution formally affiliated with the Christian-Presbyterian religion.
Presbyterian University, Ghana (PUG) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as pre-bachelor's degrees (i.e. certificates, diplomas, associate or foundation) and bachelor's degrees in several areas of study. This 20-year-old Ghanaian higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on entrance examinations and students' past academic records and grades.
