Thuongmai University (previously known as the ‘Vietnam University of Commerce’ and sometimes translated into English as the ‘Vietnam Commercial University’, or the ‘University of Commerce Vietnam’) is a public university and was established in 1960.Thuongmai University (TMU) is one of the most renowned academic institutions in Vietnam, with a long history and strong reputation of innovation in education policy, internationalisation, and research impact across management, e-commerce, supply chain management, finance tourism & hospitality and business.
The University has a student-centered learning and teaching environment which enables its domestic and international students to gain a world-recognised education in a range of disciplines, with more than 20 global partner universities from France, Austria, Taiwan, Germany, USA, Canada, UK, and China across 17 international joint prograMs. TMU is legally recognised, is autonomous, and is 100% accredited across all its degrees by the Ministry of Education & Training (MOET), Vietnam.
