The Professional Master in Finance is a one-year, second-cycle programme of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Vlora "Ismail Qemali". It runs for two semesters, carries 60 ECTS credits and sits at level 7 of the European Qualifications Framework.
It is open to Bachelor graduates in economics and other fields, with a focus on finance, investment and financial markets. Applicants with a first-cycle degree from abroad must have had their diploma recognised by the relevant ministry before they can be admitted.
The programme has 35 places for 2026-2027, of which 20 are for Albanians within the country, 4 for a second study programme and 1 for a transfer of studies. Smaller quotas are reserved for foreign diploma holders and special categories, including applicants from Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro and the Presheva, Bujanovac and Medvegja areas.
Requirements
Admission Requirements: Candidates need at least a Bachelor degree in economics or another field of study. Graduates of a foreign first-cycle Bachelor programme in economics or another field are also accepted once the diploma has been recognised by the relevant ministry. 35 places are offered for 2026-2027.
