The Master of Sciences in Law is an integrated five-year programme in the second cycle of study at the University of Vlora "Ismail Qemali", offered by its Faculty of Human Sciences. It spans ten semesters, carries 300 ECTS credits and corresponds to level 7 of the European Qualifications Framework.

Entry is based on secondary school results. For 2026-2027, new students are admitted wholly on the average of all secondary school years together with the average mark in the Matura exam.
