Overview
The one-year specialisation trains reflective practitioners in game studies: ludology, game-based education, ludotheque management and commercial game projects. Teaching mixes practical and theoretical content, observation placements, a project placement and a final dissertation. Classes take place on some weekdays and on Saturdays, so the course suits people already in work.
Graduates can work as game-based educators, game designers, ludotheque librarians or run a game-related business. The award is a specialisation bachelor of 60 ECTS, taken after a short-type bachelor. A two-year schedule is also possible.
