Business Administration and Data Science (MSc)

Graduates of this programme develop a range of skills within business data analytics, combining perspectives from data science, business and public policy into a single area of practice. Training supports specialist functions that draw on current international research in both data science and business problems, building the ability to break complex problems down into manageable parts and act on them through data-driven decision-making that supports organisational strategy. A further focus lies in embedding data-driven decision-making into everyday organisational practice, through acquiring, producing and applying new knowledge within data science and adjacent domain areas. This blend of technical analytical training and organisational application distinguishes the degree from a purely technical data science qualification, positioning graduates to bridge analytical work and strategic business decision-making.
