Overview

Circular Design is a two-year master's programme at the Estonian Academy of Arts, taught in Estonian as daytime study within the Faculty of Design. It is meant for people who want to redesign the world of physical objects so that it supports a circular future, and to do so in ways that create positive effects and value in the economy. The programme helps develop new creative practitioners, teachers, mentors and researchers who can rethink what a designer does when working with circular principles. Students collaborate with one another, with professionals in the field and with different stakeholder groups, and they work towards the programme's goals of contributing to the Estonian economy and to shared global aims. Previous education in art or design is not required, and applicants need an undergraduate, applied or other higher education degree along with English at B1 level.
