Overview

The Droit de l'entreprise master runs over four semesters for 120 ECTS and continues the Licence de droit. In M1 it completes the core legal training, covering special contracts and contractual obligations, and begins specialisation in business law, including taxation, business difficulties, restructuring, payment and credit instruments, business criminal law and labour law. Teaching combines lectures with tutorials in some courses. The programme also includes business management and company creation courses. Graduates are prepared for legal roles in companies and law or accounting firms, and the page also lists the bar exam, administrative competitive exams and doctoral study under admission conditions.

Requirements

Admission Requirements: Open to Licence de Droit graduates in M1; other licence holders or foreign diplomas considered if the project fits. Capacity 30 places (2023-2024).
