— it helps other students.
The two-year master degree is strongly interdisciplinary and addresses complex questions across the agri-food chain. It deepens the chemical, physical, sensory, technological and regulatory quality of foods, along with biotechnology, analytics and economics, to prepare graduates for control, management and coordination roles.
Graduates can work in food production, processing and preservation, large-scale retail, collective catering, and in planning, analysis, certification and training in agri-food, research and experimentation. Students can also specialise in topics matching their interests. Entry is open access with prior requirements at the Legnaro site.
