Program details

Overview

This master's programme looks at how digital tools have reshaped teaching and learning, giving students a framework for designing online courses and training that are flexible, personalised and accessible. European Higher Education Institute built the curriculum around instructional design, curriculum design, online teaching tools and pedagogical innovation, with a research strand running alongside the applied content so graduates can both build courses and evaluate how well they work. The degree is aimed at people who already work in or want to move into education technology, e-learning development or academic support roles where online delivery is central. It is accredited by Malta's Further & Higher Education Authority and recognised by WES and IEE, runs for 90 ECTS credits at EQF/MQF level 7, and is taught in English on a full-time basis. Because the whole programme is delivered remotely, students can complete it from any location without attending campus sessions.

Requirements

Admission Requirements: Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree and demonstrate English proficiency at an intermediate to advanced level, certified by an English language school or assessed through EHEI's internal English test and interview.
