BA/BS in International Food Business

This programme focuses on company structure, marketing, logistics and quality within food companies, covering the process from farm to fork in a food industry that is rapidly changing and requires well-organised, internationally oriented and innovative companies with a strong quality approach. It builds knowledge of international business practice and supply chain management, including the differences in consumer behaviour and business practice between North America and Europe. The programme is offered jointly by a university in Canada and one in the Netherlands, both awarding their own bachelor's degree, with students studying at both locations.
