Cert in Årsstudium i offentlig administrasjon

This online one-year programme covers public administration and how the public sector is governed and managed. Students study the management and prioritisation of public services, organisation and leadership, public policy and administration, future working life, conflict handling, organisational psychology and HR, and administrative law. The programme comprises 60 ECTS and can be taken full-time or part-time. The award is an årsstudium at bachelor level, with web-based examinations and no required campus attendance. The programme suits people who want to work in leadership, administration or other roles across the public sector, and one voluntary gathering is held each semester in Oslo.
