Cert in Årsstudium i personalledelse

This online one-year programme covers people management and the working environment, combining personnel management, HR, labour law, HSE, communication and conflict handling. Students learn how to follow up staff, handle workplace challenges and support productive, safe working conditions while keeping within the law. Courses include introduction to HRM, introduction to leadership, strategic HRM, personnel management and HSE, labour law, and communication and conflict in working life. The programme is 60 ECTS and can be taken full-time or part-time. The award is an årsstudium at bachelor level, suited to both private and public sector work.
