Bachelor Artificial Intelligence

The Bachelor of Science in Artificial Intelligence at Al Buraimi University College prepares students to work with intelligent systems, machine learning and the mathematics that underpins them. The programme is approved by Oman's Ministry of Higher Education, supports the national Vision 2040 agenda, and is academically affiliated with California State University, Northridge in the United States. Coursework builds an understanding of artificial intelligence principles, robotics and everyday computing practice, then moves on to designing and developing machine learning software with established engineering patterns. Students are also expected to work in teams, keep their professional knowledge current, communicate clearly in technical settings and act with awareness of social and workplace ethics. The degree takes 4 years across 8 semesters, although actual progress depends on how many credit hours a student registers each term. Graduates may seek roles such as intelligent systems developer, software consultant or knowledge engineer, or continue to a master's degree in artificial intelligence or a related field.
