The single-cycle special pedagogy programme prepares graduates to teach and support children, young people and adults with disabilities, in special schools, mainstream schools and adult settings. It draws on pedagogical, psychological and sociological knowledge and covers education, upbringing, therapy and rehabilitation work. It also covers prevention, diagnosis and therapy of learning difficulties. All graduates gain qualifications in inclusive education, and students select one specialisation module.
The programme is full-time and taught in Polish, leading to a single-cycle magister degree.
