BA/BS in Politologia

The first-cycle politics programme looks at how states, institutions and political processes work inside countries and in international relations. It combines political science with sociology, psychology and law, and covers media and politics, economic policy and the history of Upper Silesia. Students learn to analyse political, social and economic change, and to communicate and negotiate across different environments. The course lasts six semesters with 180 ECTS and ends with a licencjat degree at first-cycle level. Applications go through the university recruitment system (IRK), which opens in June. Graduates are prepared for work in public administration, international organisations and political or social institutions.
