Carnegie Mellon's Business Administration degree in Qatar is built around analytics, economics and management, preparing graduates for a business world increasingly shaped by data and automation. Coursework emphasizes problem-solving, teamwork and hands-on projects, drawing on research and campus collaboration to ready students for roles in consulting, finance and technology.
Five areas anchor the degree plan: foundational quantitative methods, a business core spanning finance and accounting, further core coursework, a chosen concentration and supporting electives. The first year centers on economics, mathematics and liberal-arts courses alongside an introductory business course, while the sophomore and junior years shift toward core business subjects, electives, general education and a self-selected minor.
As with every other CMU-Q major, the degree requirements match those in Pittsburgh, so graduates hold an identical Carnegie Mellon credential.
