The Emerging Leaders Track is a part-time Executive MBA for managers in the Gulf region, delivered mainly from the Doha campus over 15 to 18 months. Teaching combines six modules of five to seven days each with a specialization phase made up of two one-week sessions, giving participants a schedule that fits around full-time work.
The curriculum is aimed at building the broader management skills needed to lead teams and run a business unit or company, with time set aside to step back from daily routines and reflect on personal and organizational direction. A two-day outdoor leadership seminar in Paris tests participants through a series of physical and mental challenges designed to sharpen leadership style.
Participants choose a specialization such as Making Artificial Intelligence Real, held in Paris and Shenzhen or Hangzhou, or Innovate like an Entrepreneur, held in Paris and Boston. Tuition for the full program is $124,000, with the next intake starting in October 2026.
Requirements
Admission Requirements: Applicants submit a completed application form, five short essays of about 250 words each, two recommendation letters, a passport photo, and a GMAT or HEC Paris Management Test score. An English proficiency test (TOEFL or IELTS) is required if applicable. Admission runs on a rolling basis and the review takes 4 to 9 weeks.
