HEC Paris delivers its Executive MBA as a part-time program for working professionals, combining sessions in Doha, Qatar, and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, over 15 to 18 months. Classes are taught in English and structured around core courses covering the essential areas of general management, alongside electives that let participants tailor the curriculum to their own career goals.
Alongside the core curriculum, candidates complete a capstone project: a strategic assignment carried out within their own organization. The project applies the concepts covered during the program to a real business challenge, giving participants a chance to demonstrate the value of their learning to their employer while building their professional network across the Gulf region.
Tuition for the program is set at $128,000, covering the full 15 to 18 month course of study. New cohorts begin in Doha in March 2027 and in Riyadh in April 2027.
Requirements
Admission Requirements: Applicants need a completed bachelor's degree in any discipline, at least 8 years of work experience with 5 years at a managerial level, and a GMAT, GRE, Executive Assessment or in-house HEC Paris management test score. The online application calls for two recommendation letters, essays, a resume, transcript and degree certificate, and an English proficiency test score (TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS or PTE) when the undergraduate degree was not taught in English. Admission runs on a rolling basis and takes about 2-4 weeks.
