Graduate Certificate in Robotics and Automation

The Graduate Certificate in Robotics and Automation is one of the graduate certificates that NUS lists under continuing education programmes for individuals, alongside certificates in the Internet of Things and in semiconductor technology and operations. The course list combines electrical engineering and mechanical engineering topics. Sensors and Instrumentation for Automation, Industrial Control and Programming, and Autonomous Systems are offered in semester 1. The control and dynamics of robot manipulators, the tenets of AI in robotics, Advanced Robotics and Machine Vision are offered in semester 2. Participants can therefore build a path from sensing and control towards manipulation, vision and artificial intelligence in robotics across the two semesters. The page also points to programme requirements, an application route for graduate certificates and scholarship and financial support information.
