The Business Administration department was formed in 1982 by merging the business programmes of the Bursa Economic and Commercial Sciences Academy, the Bursa Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences and the Balıkesir Tourism and Hospitality School. It offers day (örgün) and evening (ikinci öğretim) education.
The department is organised into five branches: Organisation and Management, Accounting and Finance, Production and Marketing, Quantitative Methods, and Commercial Law. The bachelor's degree is awarded in Business Science on 240 ECTS credits.

Admission Requirements: Candidates need a high school diploma and a sufficient YKS placement under the EA score type. The 2026 guide lists 200 places and a lowest placement score of 380.3 (success rank 76,439). Languages of instruction are Turkish and English.
