MA/MS in Rehabilitation and Therapeutic Professions

The Master of Science in Occupational Therapy offers two tracks depending on a student's earlier coursework. One is a five-year combined program beginning with a health sciences bachelor's degree. The other is a post-baccalaureate track for students who already hold a bachelor's degree in another subject and want to qualify as occupational therapists. Fieldwork takes place with many community partners, and students have completed advanced fieldwork abroad in several countries. Students also create prosthetic and assistive projects. The Office of Career Development supports job searches and graduate school applications. Career advising, internship access and job-search help come from the university's career office, while the financial services team walks applicants through FAFSA, payment plans and tuition deferment. The university is accredited by its regional accreditor, the Middle States Commission.
