Overview

This BS degree rests on core business knowledge, critical thinking, leadership and ethics for a global marketplace. Graduates are prepared for management, marketing, sales, finance and administration. Coursework includes accounting, international business and professional communication. Every student chooses one of four concentrations, among them Sport Management, and the degree plan is organized into general education, school support, major, concentration and elective areas. The School of Business also offers a minor that includes courses typically needed for entry to an MBA program. The degree is housed in the Department of Management and Marketing, and students can request more information or arrange a campus visit through the university website. The degree plan leaves room for electives, so students can deepen their chosen concentration while still building the broad foundation expected of business graduates in many workplaces.
