BA/BS in Chemistry

This bachelor's degree gives undergraduates a grounding in the chemical sciences at Governors State University. Specific course requirements and credit-hour totals are listed in the academic catalog, which students should consult when planning their studies. Funding information is also part of the program page. Students may seek federal, state, university and private support, and the starting point is the FAFSA. Filing that application determines eligibility for several forms of help, including grants, loans, work-study positions and a variety of scholarships. Prospective majors who want to know how the degree fits their goals can review the catalog entry and speak with the university about admission and financial planning. The page itself offers limited detail beyond these pointers, so the catalog remains the best place to confirm what the curriculum contains and how it is organized.
