Overview
The accounting associate degree gives students hands-on preparation for entering the accounting field. Smaller classes allow plenty of one-on-one time with instructors.
Students grow skilled in cost accounting, federal tax work, auditing, payroll accounting, office software and accounting software.
Graduates learn to prepare payroll, file federal income tax returns for individuals, partnerships and corporations, apply auditing concepts and use software to log, examine and report on financial information.
