BA/BS in Business Administration, Management and Operations

The Business Administration major at Iona University leads to a Bachelor of Business Administration and covers finance, accounting and marketing in an integrated way. It develops the broad foundation needed to lead a modern organization. Students can work on consulting projects that help local organizations tackle real business problems. Concentrations are available in areas such as Entrepreneurship, Finance and International Business, and a minor is offered. Graduates are prepared for roles from running their own enterprise to traditional operations, with job titles including business intelligence analyst and logistics coordinator. The school reports that most business graduates find work or continue to graduate school soon after finishing. Students develop the judgment needed to make decisions across several business functions. Iona is based in New Rochelle, New York, and undergraduates on this path benefit from advising and smaller classes. Prospective students can apply through the Common App, and transfer applicants have their own application route.
