BA/BS in Business Administration, Management and Operations

The business major combines study of economics, accounting, finance, marketing, ethics and leadership, with faith and ethical reflection woven through the coursework. It prepares students for work in government, corporate or nonprofit settings or for further specialization. Students choose between a bachelor of arts, which provides a broad business foundation, and a bachelor of science, which requires an internship and an area of concentration. Concentrations include accounting, finance, management, marketing and sport management. Either degree can be combined with an actuarial science certificate. The university is accredited by the Midwest's regional accreditor, the Higher Learning Commission, and the business programs also carry IACBE specialized accreditation. A business and professional ethics course appears among the featured offerings.
