Cert in Real Estate

This career certificate prepares students to begin working in real estate as sales associates under the supervision of a licensed broker or owner. Palm Beach State College offers it online and at all campuses, and the state's professional regulator has approved the curriculum. Students learn the basic ideas of property ownership, the rules and contract practices that govern transactions and what is needed to obtain a license. The training is career focused and helps graduates assist clients who are buying, selling or leasing homes. Admission requires a high school diploma or GED.
