AA/AS in Business Administration, Management and Operations

The Associate of Science in Organizational Leadership is a two-year degree from the Department of Leadership and Talent Development at Purdue University Fort Wayne. It is open only to students already enrolled at the university, who should speak with an academic advisor about switching into it. The degree is a good match for people who already work in a technical area and need a credential to move up. It prepares students for leadership positions in private and public organizations. Students build leadership, collaboration and communication skills, practice self-reflection and develop greater cultural awareness. They also study contemporary issues and theories in leadership, human resource systems and designing and facilitating teams. The program is supported by faculty and the wider campus community, and it connects to related options such as the bachelor's degree in leadership and talent development.
