Cert in Business Administration, Management and Operations

This diploma readies students for management positions across many kinds of businesses. Courses build academic and job-related knowledge, with applied training in accounting software, spreadsheets and databases, and a business regulation course. Students fill requirements with guided electives, and some courses need a computer literacy or student success prerequisite passed with a C or better. The program totals 47 credit hours across four terms on the Griffin campus and at the Henry site, with entry in Fall, Spring or Summer. Applicants submit the application and fee, are at least 16, provide transcripts, and complete the placement assessment. A program coordinator is available for advising. Class offerings can shift between terms and locations, so students are encouraged to talk with a program advisor about sequencing and how best to plan their route to finishing.
