Interdisciplinary Business Studies is an undergraduate major at Suffolk University's Sawyer Business School for students who want a flexible path. Rather than following a single functional area, learners combine courses from several business disciplines. Beyond the business core, students complete six advanced courses, drawn from at least two disciplines offered in the school. Each student's plan is built individually with help from the Dean's Office and the Undergraduate Academic Advising Center. The design aims to build broad managerial knowledge alongside specialist skills, reflecting a business world shaped by global competition, technology and diverse workforces.
