BA/BS in Management Sciences and Quantitative Methods

This emphasis within the undergraduate business administration degree gives students specialized skills for a business world in which data analysis plays a leading part. Holding it tells potential employers that a graduate can put analytical tools and methods to work. The emphasis shares the character of the broader business major, which pairs the basics of business with study in the liberal arts. It is a natural choice for students who enjoy data work and picture jobs in analytics, advisory work, finance or operations management. Up-to-date coursework, prerequisites and degree regulations for this field are in the USC Catalogue. Applicants should read these pages next to university-wide policies and those of the school before charting their studies, and should contact the school with any questions about sequencing or how the emphasis fits their goals.
