🇦🇪 UAE: Golden Visa (Student) Tier Evaluator

The UAE Golden Visa for Outstanding Students & Graduates is governed by the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security (ICP) and the Ministry of Education (MOE). High school achievers receive a 5-year renewable residency, while qualifying university graduates receive a 10-year term. Each path uses a hard numerical threshold rather than an averaged score.

• High School Graduates: A Grade 12 percentage of 95% or higher, attested by the UAE Ministry of Education. Foreign curricula must first be processed through the MOE Equivalency Service.
• UAE University Graduates — Class A: Cumulative GPA of 3.5 / 4.0 or higher.
• UAE University Graduates — Class B: Cumulative GPA of 3.8 / 4.0 or higher. Class status is published in the MOE Accredited Universities list.
• International University Graduates: Final GPA of 3.5 / 4.0 or higher, AND the institution must rank in the Top 100 of QS, Times Higher Education, or Shanghai ARWU as recognised by the MOE.
• Recency Gate: All graduates must apply within 24 months of certificate issuance. This is an independent disqualifier — no GPA waiver applies.

This evaluator applies a triple-gate lock: profile-specific score, threshold compliance, AND recency. Failing any single gate produces an automatic ineligible verdict.
