Later successively renamed Guangdong Provincial Sixth Normal School, Guangdong Qiongtai Normal School, "Hainan Normal School and Hainan Qiongtai Normal School. Merged with Hainan Lingao Normal School and upgraded into Qiongtai Normal College 2004.
