MA/MS in Public Administration

The Master of Science in Public Administration (MSHAP) is a second-cycle programme of the University of Tirana, a public institution. It lasts two years, is studied full time and is taught in Albanian. The admission criteria name two routes. Applicants from the university itself are drawn from the Bachelor in Business Administration at the Faculty of Economics, and the faculty's other Bachelor branches are also eligible. Applicants from other institutions need a Bachelor diploma in economics, business or public administration from a public or non-public university, at home or abroad, and the diploma must be recognised under the relevant rules before admission. The programme grants a Master of Science diploma in Public Administration. The published criteria are written specifically for it and set out which first-cycle degrees give access to the second cycle.
