Kingdom University's BSc in Business Management is pitched at students who need to keep pace with management and organisational questions as they play out across a complicated, globally connected labour market. Foundational courses in management and administration give students a working grounding before more advanced subjects, among them Strategic Management, Management and Leadership, and Human Resource Management, add depth and prepare graduates for both employment and further postgraduate study. Assessment across the program leans on practical and problem-solving ability alongside leadership, teamwork and communication, and the college also builds in a social-responsibility and community-engagement component. The program has been awarded Full Confidence in the BQA's Cycle 2 academic programme reviews and sits at Level 8 on Bahrain's National Qualifications Framework, and the College of Business holds accreditation recognition from the UK's Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and Chartered Management Institute, plus membership of AACSB. Delivery is on-campus over four years and 129 credit hours, with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 required to graduate.
