The Bachelor of Architecture at the University of Bahrain's College of Engineering is a five-year program built to develop creative, technical, and critical-thinking ability in equal measure. Students move between theory and studio-based design work, with an emphasis on applying what they learn in core design courses to real architectural problems.
The curriculum, totalling 167 credit hours, covers social, environmental, technical, and historical dimensions of the built environment and includes industrial training alongside major and elective coursework. The program has held accreditation from the National Architectural Accrediting Board since 2015, which lets graduates pursue study and work opportunities internationally as well as within Bahrain.
